Vutec (Pty) Ltd Appointed as Exclusive Distributor for G&D and VuWall Solutions in South Africa
Siegen/Reutlingen, Germany – June 19, 2026 – Guntermann & Drunck GmbH (G&D) and VuWall, both part of the Panoptec Technologies Group, have appointed Vutec (Pty) Ltd as exclusive distributor for their KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) and video wall management solutions across South Africa.
The appointment gives customers, system integrators, and consultants in the region direct local access to G&D’s KVM-over-IP™ infrastructure and VuWall’s visualization platforms for control room applications in mining, utilities, transportation, public safety, industrial automation, and corporate security.
Vutec, led by Johan Pretorius, will serve as the local commercial and technical point of contact for customers and partners across the region. “We are excited to bring the combined strengths of G&D and VuWall to the South African market through a dedicated local presence. Our goal is to provide customers and partners with the technical expertise, support, and responsiveness needed to successfully deploy and operate world-class control room solutions,” said Johan Pretorius. The company will provide local commercial engagement, technical demonstrations, pre-sales support, partner enablement programs, and project-level assistance—enabling end customers to transact in local currency, simplify logistics, and reduce import complexity.
