VuWall Ushers in Dynamic Operator Experience at DISTRIBUTECH 2023
VuWall Will Display Its Cost-Effective, Scalable PAK Video Wall Node Series and the New Capabilities of Its TRx Centralized Management Platform
MONTREAL — Jan. 12, 2023 — VuWall, a technology leader in video wall control systems and unified visualization solutions, will demonstrate its latest video wall solutions at DISTRIBUTECH, Feb. 7-9 in San Diego. VuWall’s latest innovations empower utility and energy operators to control what they see easily for more confident, swift decision-making. In booth 4909, the company will showcase its popular and award-winning PAKTM Video Wall Processing Node as well as highly anticipated updates to the company’s centralized management software, TRxTM. VuWall will display its ecosystem alongside solutions partner TBC Consoles.
“Comprehensive situational awareness and efficient workflows are paramount for operators in any control room,” said Dan Gundry, VP and Managing Director, VuWall USA. “Achieving that goal can be incredibly complex due to the wide range of data streams that need to be monitored at any given moment. Attendees will see how VuWall helps organizations overcome this challenge with our modular and easy-to-use solutions that enhance the visualization experience, from deployment to operation, in ways never seen before.”
At DISTRIBUTECH, VuWall will demonstrate how it supports the specific visualization requirements of energy organizations with PAK. It offers an innovative way to deploy and manage modular video walls in AV-over-IP environments. PAK is a networked multi-decode node that can also operate efficiently as a stand-alone device or can be easily stitched together to build an IP-based video wall of any size. PAK simplifies video wall integration by reducing the need for long video cables and eliminating single points of failure to minimize risk and improve reliability. As part of VuWall’s ecosystem, PAK is managed by the powerful TRx software platform. Today, it’s possible to build a reliable, flexible video wall system quickly and cost-effectively over a distributed network with PAK, making it ideal for energy organizations.
Built on an open, interoperable architecture, VuWall’s TRx visualization and comprehensive video wall management platform heightens the value offered by its innovative design. TRx allows organizations to grow their video infrastructure as their needs evolve. Whether users are adding new video walls and information displays or expanding their AV-over-IP network with devices from different brands, TRx enables everything to function in the same environment with seamless compatibility. Most of all, it gives operators a central control system that keeps pace with the evolution of their AV infrastructure without reconfiguring existing settings when new equipment is added.
In addition to already supporting all standard protocols and featuring compatibility with products from many third-party solutions that include SDVoE devices, IHSE, Adder, Milestone, and NDI-compatible devices, the latest version of TRx is also officially certified by the Genetec Development Acceleration Program to run with its Genetec Security Center.
Finally, visitors at DISTRIBUTECH will be privileged to see a preview of VuWall’s latest innovation – the new IP KVM control technology that allows operators to collaborate directly on shared video walls while working from their personal desks. Organizations can bring in KVM sources, in addition to virtually all other sources, on a PAK video wall. This feature offers dynamic collaboration between operators to the video wall and operator to operator.
