InfoComm 2026 brought together consultants, system integrators, technology partners, and end users to explore the latest developments in professional AV. One theme stood out in our conversations with those who design, manage, and work in control rooms and operations centers: organizations need to address growing system demands without compromising security, flexibility, or performance.
At Booth C8867, VuWall and G&D demonstrated how visualization, video wall management, AV-over-IP, and KVM technologies can work together to create a more cohesive operator environment. Visitors were particularly interested in solutions that support faster decision-making, streamline workflows, and reduce the burden of managing separate systems.
What We Heard at InfoComm
Throughout the week, customers and partners described a common challenge: managing growing volumes of information and data sources, along with increasingly complex infrastructure, without adding operational overhead.
As control rooms grow in scale and responsibility, operators are expected to oversee multiple applications, data sources, displays, and workstations simultaneously. In these environments, usability and centralized control have become just as important as technical performance.
Visitors were looking for technologies that could help them:
- Reduce operational complexity
- Improve operator efficiency
- Strengthen security
- Simplify system management
- Expand without requiring major redesigns
These conversations reflected a growing demand for scalable platforms that are easier to operate today while remaining adaptable to future requirements.
Live Demonstrations at Booth C8867
Throughout the show, visitors experienced live demonstrations of integrated workflows combining visualization, video wall management, AV-over-IP, and KVM. The demonstrations illustrated how operators can access and control multiple sources, displays, and workstations from a unified environment rather than moving between separate systems.
For many attendees, the value went beyond seeing individual products in action. It came from understanding how the different technologies work together to reduce complexity for operators.

InfoComm marked the introduction of TRx 4.0, the latest evolution of VuWall’s centralized management platform, alongside VuCore™, the secure, purpose-built platform designed to host TRx 4.0, PAK Dispatcher, and other system services.
Together, they provide a reliable and scalable foundation for managing video walls, AV-over-IP distribution, and KVM workflows in mission-critical environments. G&D and VuWall also showcased thee award-winning CommandKeyboard-Advanced, recognized with a Best of Show Award presented by Sound & Video Contractor, and the new CommandDeck. Both offering visitors a closer look at technologies developed to support more intuitive operator workflows.
Integrated with VuWall’s visualization platform, these solutions give operators faster access to the information and controls they use most, helping eliminate unnecessary steps during critical tasks.
The demonstrations illustrated how KVM and visualization technologies can complement one another to create a more responsive and cohesive workspace.
Recognizing Success in ProAV
InfoComm is not only an opportunity to present new technology. It is also an important occasion to recognize the partners whose expertise helps bring complex control room projects to life.
