TRAINING REQUEST FORM

Course Description

The VuWall Certified Systems Professional (CSP) program is a comprehensive certification designed to develop highly skilled deployment specialists capable of independently commissioning, configuring, and supporting VuWall visualization and AV-over-IP solutions in real-world environments. Unlike traditional classroom only certification programs, the VuWall CSP combines online learning, instructor-led hands-on training, and supervised field experience to ensure that every certified professional has demonstrated both technical knowledge and practical deployment proficiency.

The program consists of 3 phases:

Phase 1: Online Pre-Requisite Learning

Format: Self-Paced Online Learning
Duration: 3 Hours

Before attending the instructor-led course, students complete ten online learning modules covering the architecture, products, networking fundamentals, and design principles of the VuWall ecosystem.

The online curriculum establishes the technical foundation required for success during the hands-on deployment training.

Phase 2: Instructor-Led Hands-On Training

Duration: 2 Days
Location: G&D | VuWall Facility in Houston, TX

This intensive two-day course is focused almost entirely on hands-on exercises using production hardware and software. Students will build and commission complete VuWall systems while learning deployment best practices used by VuWall Field Engineers. Throughout the course, students repeatedly build complete systems from the ground up, reinforcing the deployment workflow used in customer installations.

Upon successful completion of the online prerequisite, instructor-led training, and the written and practical assessments, participants will be awarded Provisional VuWall Certified Systems Professional (CSP) status.

Phase 3: Field Deployment Qualification

Duration: 3 Days Per Project – 6 Days Total on The Job Training

Earning provisional certification is the beginning of the field qualification process. Within 12 months of completing the classroom training, each provisional CSP candidate must participate in two successful VuWall end-user deployments under the supervision of an authorized VuWall Field Engineer. During each deployment, the candidate is expected to actively participate in the installation, configuration, commissioning, validation, and customer acceptance process. Upon successful completion of both deployments, the VuWall Field Engineer will formally sign off on the candidate’s technical skills and deployment proficiency. The candidate will then be awarded the full VuWall Certified Systems Professional (CSP) credential.

Course Objectives

1. Enable trainees to present all VuWall solutions to end users and assist in a video wall and/or AV distribution project design.

2. Enable trainees to deploy and operate PAK video wall & KVM nodes, VuScape controllers, and VuStream encoders/decoders using TRx multi-video wall management software.

3. Enable trainees to troubleshoot and service VuWall solutions which may include card replacements, updating and reinstalling server drivers, managing backups, etc..

Course Benefits

Upon achieving full VuWall CSP certification, professionals will be able to:

  • Independently deploy and commission VuWall visualization systems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot TRx, VuStream, PAK, and Application Server platforms.
  • Design and implement scalable AV-over-IP and KVM deployments using VuWall best practices.
  • Apply structured deployment and troubleshooting methodologies in the field.
  • Deliver higher-quality customer installations while reducing project risk and post-installation support.
  • Demonstrate verified field competency through successful completion of supervised customer deployments.

The VuWall Certified Systems Professional program is designed to produce deployment specialists—not just product users—ensuring that every fully credentialed CSP has proven their abilities both in the classroom and in live customer environments.
