VuWall Attended GSX 2025 – Here’s Our Recap

It was another great show for VuWall at Global Security Exchange (GSX) 2025, held in New Orleans, Louisiana. GSX remains one of the most comprehensive events in the global security industry, hosted by ASIS International and featuring around 500 exhibitors spotlighting innovations shaping the future of safety, situational awareness, and command center operations.

Why VuWall Attends GSX

For VuWall, GSX is more than a trade show – it’s an opportunity to connect directly with end users, system integrators, consultants, and technology partners who share our mission of improving visualization and decision-making in complex control environments.

As the security landscape evolves, GSX offers the ideal stage for VuWall to showcase how our unified visualization and video wall management solutions empower security teams to monitor, assess, and respond to critical events with greater speed and confidence.

Our Highlights from GSX 2025

This year, VuWall created a simulated control room environment to educate visitors on the best practices behind designing and deploying a Global Security Operation Centers (GSOCs), Real-Time Crime Centers (RTCC), and other mission-critical environments where rapid data-driven decision-making is essential.

We showcased the latest advancements in our TRx centralized management software, the cornerstone of our ecosystem. TRx simplifies video wall control and AV-over-IP distribution, allowing operators to seamlessly route and visualize any source on any display, in real time, without any programming.

Visitors experienced first-hand how TRx integrates effortlessly with leading VMS platforms like Genetec and Milestone, IP camera providers such as Axis, and other security system providers, delivering a true “control what you see” experience.

We also demonstrated our IP KVM technology for seamless collaboration between operators, their workstations, and the video wall. We displayed our latest VuStream 150 4K60 encoder and our highly secure ControlVu touch panel which enables operators to change layouts, presets, and control other networked devices with a single touch.

“What struck me most at GSX was the incredible diversity of industries represented by those visiting our booth to discuss GSOC projects, as well as the wide range of organizations, from small enterprises to large global corporations, undertaking such initiatives. As visualization technologies for control rooms become more accessible, and as operational complexity continues to rise across every sector, the demand for Global Security Operations Centers has never been greater.”

The Role of AI in the Future of Security

A major theme at GSX 2025 was the continued rise of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in the security industry. These technologies are transforming how organizations detect, analyze, and respond to potential threats. As AI becomes increasingly embedded in security operations, its ability to automate event detection, enhance situational awareness, and optimize workflows will redefine how Security Operations Centers and other control rooms operate.

VuWall remains committed to supporting these evolving technologies through flexible, interoperable visualization solutions that help operators make faster, more informed decisions in real time.

Taking the GSX Stage

For the first time, VuWall was honored to present a Technology Session at GSX. I had the privilege of speaking alongside Ray May, CTO at Parker Group, in a session titled:

“From Data to Decision: Leveraging Visualization Technology for Critical Incident Management in Command-and-Control Rooms.”

We explored how advanced visualization technologies help operators turn complex data into actionable insights, improve collaboration, and enhance response times. Attendees gained real-world insights into content management, system interoperability, and intuitive interface design – core components of effective incident management.

Although the session wasn’t recorded, we’re happy to share highlights or materials upon request. Reach out to us directly at sales.nam@vuwall.com.

Partnerships That Matter

For the 8th consecutive, VuWall exhibited within the Infragard booth. The InfraGard National Members Alliance is an FBI-affiliated nonprofit organization that partners with ASIS to run the GSX conference sessions.

InfraGard has been an invaluable partner to VuWall, fostering collaboration and mindshare among leading technology providers. This year’s booth included several of our key technology partners including Evans Consoles, Parker Group, Advancis, and LG – with whom we share deep integrations and long-standing relationships.

Together, we demonstrated the power of interoperability, simplifying complex control room project deployments and ensuring reliable operations in the most demanding environments. These partnerships underscore our belief that we are truly better together.

Looking Ahead

As GSX 2025 comes to a close, VuWall extends our sincere thanks to everyone who visited our booth, attended our speaking session, and experienced our solutions firsthand. Special thanks to InfraGard and all our co-exhibitors and sponsors for making this year’s event a success.

We look forward to presenting even more control rooms technology innovations tailored to the security market when we return to GSX next year. We’re especially excited for GSX 2026 in Atlanta, as it is home to VuWall’s U.S. headquarters, and invite you to visit our Experience Center while you’re in town.
